Little known fact: Berkeley, California is terrorized by gangs of bicycle riding street urchins. It's true. Funny, but true. Unfortunately these are hardly the lovable scamps that ran wild through the streets of Brooklyn circa 1915. They don't play hookey, sneak into gambling halls, or run numbers for the mob.
They just steal iPods.
