Every education has its gaps. Give me a cocktail napkin and a pen and I could diagram pagan Britain's defenses, Einstein's Relativity, John Waters' filmography, conjugate Spanish verbs, or draw stick figures.

I am, however, pastry-retarded.

This is partly due to my life-long allergy to all-things-dairy (and purportedly delicious), and partly due to my inability to pronounce French words from a written source.
