I don't know why, but recently the thought of Dagon and Lemmy wrestling on a fluffy white cloud randomly popped into my head.
It made me smile. And cry.
They didn't know each other in life, but the more I think about it, the more sense it makes that they would have to find each other in heaven.
I mean, can you even imagine what kind of trouble a flying Dagon would get into? Especially one who could pass through walls?
And Lemmy, well, is there even a limit to how much speed an angel can do?
Plus, Dagon loved tassel-y things and I'm certain Lemmy's frayed Daisy Dukes would be too much to resist.
It's a comfort to think they're keeping each other company.
Heaven is, of course, clearly nonsense, but statistically speaking, there is quite likely to be a restaurant at (or near) the end of the universe.
It is probably just a Subway franchise, but that still counts.
